Thank you to all the volunteers who collected samples! And a big thank you to the Central New York Land Trust, Owasco Watershed Lake Association, Community Science Institute, and the Mohawk Valley Trout Unlimited. You helped us collect nearly 300 samples from the Central New York region. The bottle sites are below and we will reach out soon when the data are ready.

SHARCS (Sampling for Healthy Aquatic Resources with Community Science) is a program at SUNY ESF that aims to train students to analyze various aspects of water quality. We work with a team of volunteers who help to collect water samples through the Central New York region. Students at ESF will analyze these samples and compare data from across the region to better understand New York's diverse water resources.
